Special Competitions
SolidWorks 2013 Beta Modeling Competitions: The first begins Monday, June 25, 2012
Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks is the sponsor of five modeling and rendering competitions with the first completion beginning on June 25, 2012, the day SolidWorks 2013 Beta is launched. Each Beta Modeling competition will have a theme, and users must use SolidWorks 2013 Beta to design a part or assembly model that best fits the theme. To enter, use SolidWorks 2013 to create a new model and submit a Service Request (SR) with your model (and all referenced files) along with a signed authorization form. Models can be parts or assemblies (assemblies must have all referenced components). Entries will be judged by members of the beta management team. The criteria (and weight) by which entries will be judged are complexity, most creative incorporation of theme, and the greatest use of new SolidWorks 2013 features. Each of the five competitions will last two weeks, and one winner will be chosen from each competition. Entering one of the competitions does not preclude Beta participants from entering any of the other SolidWorks 2013 Beta Modeling Competitions.
By submitting information, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all the Official Rules of the contests.
