Session Preference: Once sessions for the conference have been determined you will be offered an opportunity to select the sessions you prefer to attend at the conference. Session Preference is NOT required and therefore does not guarantee you a seat in a session. This is simply for your benefit and convenience as well as to provide the planning committee an idea of how well attended each breakout will be so that breakout sessions may be placed in an appropriate sized room based on overall attendance preference.

• You will receive onsite at the time of registration a print out of your session preference selection. The print out of your personalized agenda is only for your benefit and you are not held to actually attend these sessions.
  
  
• Your personalized agenda print out does not guarantee you a seat in a breakout session room.
  
  
• Pre-registration for a Hands-on technical lab will guarantee your seating in each of these discussions or labs.

Hands-on technical labs require pre-registration at the time of session preference selection. Hands-on technical labs include one computer per attendee. There will be additional seating offered in the back of hands-on labs on a first-come, first served basis for attendees who wish to audit the session and not have a computer in front of them.
