Access to all of these companies at a single venue — combined with expanded exhibit hours — will provide me with ample opportunity to research products and services related to our business, meet with technical representatives from these companies to ask specific questions, and evaluate potential solutions for our organization.

The chance to meet with all of the exhibitors in just a few days will more than offset the travel expenses (airfare and accommodations), attendance fees, and miscellaneous costs related to attending the conference compared to the time and effort required to schedule individual in-house visits with all of these solution providers.

By attending SolidWorks World 2008, which will take place January 20th to 23rd, 2008 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA, we can thoroughly evaluate innovative technologies and services designed to improve development processes, increase manufacturing throughput, solve data management issues, and streamline production. If we determine one or more solutions look promising for our processes, we can minimize the time needed for follow-up visits because of the information we acquire at the conference.
