The robust search capabilities of PDMWorks Enterprise make it easy to find documents based on their names, contained data, attached metadata, workflow state, etc. These searches can be predefined, saved and shared to one or more users. Once the desired document is found it can easily be reused in new designs.

Template Manager

PDMWorks Enterprise provides a powerful wizard based template manager that allows for automatic folder creation with assigned user rights. Additionally, this feature can also be used for automatic generation of forms such as ECN, letters, faxes, etc. This provides companies with classification and standards control which can be tied to project based numbering schemes and automatic title block links.
