SolidWorks World 2006: Call For Papers

Greetings:

As an active member of the SolidWorks community, SolidWorks invites you to submit a proposal for consideration as a speaker at SolidWorks World 2006 International User Conference and Exhibition to be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV USA, January 22 - 25, 2006.

Presenter Requirements

  • Must be a polished speaker with a minimum of 2+ years public speaking or teaching experience
  • Must be using the latest release of SolidWorks at the time of the conference
Speaking opportunities include:
  • Breakout Session speakers (for sessions that last from 60 to 90 minutes) - must have experience presenting technical information effectively, providing interesting, original, and informative content. SALES PITCHES NOT ACCEPTABLE
  • Hands-On Breakout Sessions (for sessions that last from 60 to 90 minutes) - Hands-On sessions entail presenting to no more than a maximum of 30 attendees who will each have use of their own computer. Hands-On simply means that attendees will have the ability to follow along and actually "do" what the presenter does, so they have a "hands-on" experience in the session. The presenter must have experience presenting technical information effectively, providing interesting, original and informative content. Hands-on sessions require a second speaker to act as a guide to keep the class up-to-speed with the pace. SALES PITCHES NOT ACCEPTABLE
Deadline for Submission:  June 15th, 2005 by 11:59 EST

We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you at SolidWorks World 2006, whether at the podium or in the audience!
