Terms and Conditions:

1. No payment or purchase is required to participate.
2. Prizes include SolidWorks pens ($2), water bottles ($8) and hats ($6). In addition, every participant who completes this card will be entered to win a $1000 American Express® Travelers Cheque (one of two $1000 Cheques for SolidWorks resellers and one of three $1000 Cheques for SolidWorks customers/prospects).
3. Visit and learn about SolidWorks Partner products. Visit at least 16 SolidWorks Partners and have your partner card stamped by each one.  Drop the fully-stamped card [16 different stamps] off at the SolidWorks Store at the Partner Pavilion to enter the drawing.
4. The winner will be selected at random by Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. (DS SolidWorks) on February 11, 2009 in the Partner Pavilion from all eligible cards. An eligible card will consist of a bingo card that has stamps from 16 different partner booths. All entries must be returned to the SolidWorks Store in order to be entered to win an American Express® Gift Cheque.
5. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible cards. DS SolidWorks Corp. cannot predict the odds of winning as the company has no prior knowledge of the number of entrants who will participate.
6. DS SolidWorks Corp. will give you at no charge a copy of the rules of this drawing upon request at the Partner Pavilion February 7-11, 2009.
7. This drawing is open to any customer/prospect or reseller attending the Partner Pavilion on February 9-11, 2009.
8. The drawing is not open to employees of DS SolidWorks Corp., SolidWorks, consultants and immediate family members whether they live in the household or not, or to anyone under the age of 18.
9. All cards must be received by 12:30 PM February 11, 2009 in order to participate.  DS SolidWorks Corp. will deliver the prize promptly to the winner after selection. If the winner is not present at the time of the drawing, the winner will be notified by email within 2 weeks.  You may request a notification of the winner by contacting DS SolidWorks Corp. as indicated below.  Participation in the contest constitutes your acknowledgement and consent relating to the fact that the personal data related to your entry will be transmitted to DS SolidWorks Corp. in the U.S. and that such data may be published in any media for commercial or promotional purposes, without limitation or further consideration.
10. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties with respect to prizes, if applicable.

By entering the contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its rules and principles of conflicts of laws, apply to and govern this Contest, and any claims must be raised and resolved in Massachusetts.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
