Each
Full Conference Registration includes:
- Access to all Conference Sessions
- Admission to Exhibit Hall
- Continental Breakfasts, Lunches and Refreshment Breaks
- Conference Materials
- All evening receptions and events
Please note: All individuals will be required to show proof of identification prior to collecting thier badge and registration materials. Attendees must be 21
years or older to attend SolidWorks World 2009.

Full Conference Passes for the Price of 2:
Register 3 individuals for the price of 2. Each registrant to receive a Full Conference pass. All 3 people must be from the same company and must register at the same time to receive the 3 for 2 discount. Registrant #1 must pay the total fee due at the time of registering and must register the other 2 individuals from the same company who will be registering as part of the 3-for-2 special.

admittance into the general session and exhibit hall ONLY. This does NOT
include conference admittance, meals or the offsite event.

Verification Policy:
Please note that verification of your employment as a full-time instructor
at an accredited academic institution is required at the time of
registration.
You will be asked to provide a copy of a payroll stub, statement from the Dean's Office or the Registrar before collecting your badge and
registration

Conference
Payment Policy:
In order to receive prices
listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not
received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline
price.
Conference
Confirmation Policy:
Your registration will not
be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive
confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment
are submitted, please call

Conference
Cancellation Policy:
Conference cancellation requests
must be submitted in writing and received by December 15, 2008. Conference
cancellation requests will be subject to a $200 service charge. Cancellation
requests received after December 15, 2008 or no-shows are subject to
the full registration fee.

Substitution Policy:
Substitutions for the conference

Photographers
SolidWorks will have photographers roaming SolidWorks World taking pictures
of events and people. SolidWorks Corporation, Dassault Systemes and
their assigns and designees, have the right to use, reproduce, broadcast
or incorporate in any manner whatsoever and throughout the world, all
or any portion of photographs and/or videos of you for use in marketing
materials and/or training materials produced by SolidWorks Corporation
or its assigns.

Guest Passes
Guests are allowed
into the exhibit hall and general sessions ONLY (free of charge). Meals
are not included.; To attend the offsite event there will be a charge
of $150(USD)/person; Guests must wear a badge at all times. Badges can
be picked up during registration hours which will be posted to the agenda.
(Limit 5 guests per attendee)
