JOB TITLE: Senior Business Application Developer, CRM
LOCATION: Boston Campus - Waltham, MA
Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation, a market leader in software for mechanical design, analysis, and product data management is seeking a Senior Business Application Developer, CRM at our Waltham, Massachusetts facility.
Applicant will:
Analyze requirements.
Translate user requirements to technical specifications. Design solutions.
Code and configure the applications based on specifications.
Review code and configurations.
Perform optimization to the applications to enhance performance.
Test the application pre-release. Perform Production maintenance.
Address and fix any production bugs.
Write and maintain technical documentations.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field plus three years of experience in the position offered or three years of experience as a System Analyst, Sr. Siebel Application Developer, Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Software Developer and demonstrated experience with HTML, Workflow, EAI, Order Management module and Server Administration (e.g. drop and create triggers, create components, create extracts etc). Experience with Siebel Tools configuration such as creating Applets, Views, Links, Joins, Templates etc., and basic Siebel Administration tasks like creating Roles, Tasks, and Views.
Experience with at least one Siebel Horizontal application (e.g. Call Center, Marketing, Service, Sales etc.); and at least one Siebel portal application (for eg eChannel, eService, eMarketing etc.). A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and five years of experience will be accepted in lieu of the Master’s plus three years of experience or Associates degree in Computer Science or related and 8 years experience.
