JOB TITLE: Services Business/Web Analyst
LOCATION: Concord, MA
DESCRIPTION: • Perform standard analyses of business goals and objectives and needs of the general business environment. • Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. • Assists management with the planning, design, implementation, testing, and change management of business processes and systems. • Utilize system and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner • Manage and maintain the Services related web properties. • Create test plans and QA the Services related web properties. • Implement and manage customer base success and satisfaction process/metrics. • Manage and drive metrics for the SolidWorks Knowledge Base. • Assist with other customer experience programs (i.e., beta, early visibility, etc.).
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 3+ years work experience
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or equivalent
REQUIREMENTS: • 3 years work experience in a design and/or manufacturing environment • Experience in a QA and process re-engineering a plus • Experience with managing web pages and discuss forums a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills required • Ability to work well with and influence different departments within the organization
