- 26. Who should I contact for additional information about SolidWorks products and/or training?
-
Visit www.solidworks.com/sw/3d-cad-design-software.htm for an online overview of all product lines. If you want to discuss how these products can help your team specifically, please refer to the list of SolidWorks value added resellers http://www.solidworks.com/ESP.
- 27. Why does the ESP product expire before the announced 90 days after activation?
-
In most cases, this issue is due to a previously installed SolidWorks copy on your machine using a different serial number. If there was any other SolidWorks product installed before, please make sure it is removed completely. Then please install and activate the product using the ESP serial number received from your serial number email.
- 28. What do I need to do with my ESP product after I have finished this program and purchased a commercial copy of SolidWorks?
-
Congratulations on your accomplishment with the ESP! Now it's time to remove the ESP product from your machine. Please also delete all the template files delivered with the ESP and never reuse the files created in the ESP as the watermark would propagate to your normal files. Then you are ready to install the commercial SolidWorks on your machine.
