The blue "Lite" buttons you see in some fields indicate a smaller version of that particular image. Lite versions are about 200K and are in JPEG format.
: SolidWorks Simulation\MultiTransferActivation-2011.jpg
: SolidWorks 2011 enables activation and transfer of licenses for multiple products in one single step, transfer of licenses from a computer even if SolidWorks is no longer installed. For license borrowing the network license manager only displays products owned by the user and update of the network license administrator tool is now possible.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Admin_Image_Option_Editor.jpg
: Flexible administrative image creation, consolidated configuration settings, and precise management of automatic update.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Integrated_Search.jpg
: SolidWorks Search bubble is enhanced to include Knowledge Base, Community Forum besides the existing search on SolidWorks Help and local files
: SolidWorks Simulation\Integrated_Portal_White.jpg
: SolidWorks online help, Forums, Training, Certification, and Educator Resources are all integrated into the Customer Portal. Subscription Service customers also have access to exclusive Technical Tips and best practices within the SolidWorks Forums. See the Learning Resources page at http://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/learning-resources-cad-pdm-fea.htm
: SolidWorks Simulation\Planar_Simplification2_kitchen.jpg
: Many problems can be idealized to the study of a 2D section under load; Plane Stress (thin extrusions), Plane Strain (long extrusions) and axisymmetric (revolved geometry). The new 2D planar simplification tool allows users to create a 2D analysis by simply selecting the intersecting plane and apply the loads and restraints to the 3D CAD model. After the solution is calculated the results can be displayed on the full 3D model.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Sim Prem Lin_Dyn Shaded.jpg
: Linear dynamic analysis in 2011 now includes Response Spectra Analysis. In many cases the excitation vibration that a product may experience is not always known exactly. So a Response Spectra Analysis is carried out to calculate the peak value of your models response based on a vibration spectrum base excitation.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Sim Pro Edge Weld (shaded).jpg
: The edge weld connector allows the user to simulate the effects of an edge weld based upon a given welding electrode, weld strength value and estimated weld size. The enhanced connector results are a simple pass-fail plot which are now checked against European as well as US welding standards.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Sim Prem Composite (shaded).jpg
: The new shell and composite analysis tools are aimed at reducing the time and hassle of creating composite shells from solid or surface geometry. Setting the correct composite layup datum is a snap with the new shell offset tool. The enhanced ply orientation view ensures you get the layup orientation right first time. With the new composite stack save and load function it is easy to reuse a stack time and time again.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Flow Sim Electronic Mod (shaded).jpg
: Thermal management of electronics enclosures is key to ensure long term product performance. The new Electronics Cooling Module addresses the needs and requirements of today’s electronic designers allowing them to quickly set up and evaluate complex thermal management problems.
: SolidWorks Simulation\Flow Sim HVAC (shaded).jpg
: The design and analysis of HVAC systems has some unique challenges. In HVAC design not only are the airflow movements critical to the HVAC performance but also how well the HVAC system manages the heating and cooling of the building, room or sub-section.
