Power2design provides engineers with design productivity tools that help them create and produce better designs faster. These easy-to-use productivity tools should be on every design engineer’s workstation.

Power2design provides a means of describing variations within a family of designs and the rules for choosing between them. The diagramtic language and spreadsheets-like formulas allow an application creator to capture his engineering design rules without programming. Associating SolidWorks geometry with the engineering model is easy using power2design. But power2design does much more than just product configuration. It captures design process rules to generate design alternatives, evaluate performance and preference trade-offs, and present a set of alternatives ranked in order of preference.
