CADFind Sketch and Search is the first graphical design retrieval system in the world that can find both 3D models and 2D engineering drawings from a 2D sketch or 3D model. This new system is a development of the 2D CADFind Sketch & Search program launched in 2004. It is tightly integrated into the Solidworks 3D CAD system and allows a designer to create a simplified 3D model or a 2D sketch and then, with a single 'click' search your company's CADFind database for matching 3D parts or legacy 2D drawings.
