CADFind is a unique geometrical search system for finding parts easily and quickly by matching them on size and shape. It works graphically, the way engineers do, and makes it quicker for a designer to find & re-use an existing part than to design a new one. It can work from detailed original or from a rough 2D sketch or 3D model. The system can search mixed 2D and 3D databases from either 2D or 3D originals.

Product Details:
CADFind Sketch and Search is one of the first graphical design retrieval systems in the world that can find both 3D models and 2D engineering drawings from a 2D sketch or 3D model. The one system is a development of the 2D CADFind Sketch and Search program launched in 2004. It is tightly integrated into the SolidWorks 3D CAD system and allows you to create a simplified 3D model or a 2D sketch and then, with a single click, search your company's CADFind database for matching 3D parts or legacy 2D drawings.
