Our company develops mainly specific application for SolidWorks customers. It goes from an application to insert simplified devices in a plant layout then extract detailed BOM , to application to accelerate small part implantation in watch industry. A partnership between e-Systems (Swiss SolidWorks partner) and SysPO led to produce J.Works , dedicated to jewelers
Product Details:
J.Works is a tool used to place automatically diamonds on contiguous faces, along curves, with 3 different modes
- Size and number of diamonds
- Diamond size and distance
- Distance and number of diamonds
Thanks to dynamic preview, it’s easy to define aesthetic repartition of diamonds and simulate several case
The first step define a sketch of points. The second step places the diamonds on the predefined points. It’s possible for the user to define its own diamonds library.
If necessary, the diamond hole is automatically created after diamond placement.
