ASCO DATA GmbH provides solutions for efficient sheet-metal processing.

ASCO DATA software supports all procedures for cutting and bending: programming and nesting for the diverse technologies of punching and lasering, all combined technologies; waterjet, flame, and plasma cutting; as well as contour milling and combinations. Special optimizations for sewing and shearing for profiles, tubes, and bars complete the program. Apart from that, the optimization is suitable for sheets and coils. Offline programming modules are available for v-bending and slew-bending. All this is supplemented with special software tools, for determining the tool requirements or identical/similar parts. These technical modules are completed with organizational components that guarantee of production planning free of turbulence.

On various levels, ASCO DATA has created interfaces to all commonly used ERP/MRP systems and has implemented direct 3D importing from the established CAD systems.
