DezignWorks enhances the capabilities of SolidWorks with the addition of spline simplification and measurement tools for your digitizer. Cut and extrude functionality is included in the DezignWorks toolbar. Once a 2D sketch is created, simply digitize the designated distance and the cut or extrude operation is performed! 3D Sketch tools are also included.

DezignWorks is fully integrated into the SolidWorks Property Manager, allowing interactive editing of 2D and 3D sketch entities (lines, arcs, curves, splines, and planes). It also allows the display of the digitizer’s coordinate system for single and multiple alignments along with the digital readout of digitizer coordinates and probe tracking in single or multiple views.
