The Challenge
Our design engineers needed to reduce development costs by redesigning our salt/sand spreader with fewer parts, less welding, and less manpower for assembly.
The Solution
One of our engineers took the time to test the full potential of SolidWorks software by applying it to the redesign of our project. Once we tried the software, we were impressed by its power compared to AutoCAD. SolidWorks achieved all our goals by enabling us to evaluate parts and assemblies before production.
