Question: Why aren't all features accessible?

Answer: The reason some features may not be visible or selectable are:

  • You logged on with a serial number instead of the log-in (email based) account.
  • You ID not register a serial number to the log-in account.
  • No valid subscription service contract.

Note: Warning messages describing the reason for limited access appear at the bottom of the main Customer Portal page.
