Official Rules
1. No payment or purchase is required to participate. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. The Satisfaction Survey will begin at 9:01 a.m. (EDT) on June 7, 2011, and all qualifying entries must be received by 5:59 p.m. (EDT) on July 15th, 2011 (the "Survey Period").
2. The prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3DBOXX 3960 XTREME Workstation, suggested retail price $3,644. Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.
3. The winners will be selected on or shortly after July 30th, 2011 from all eligible registrants. An eligible registrant is someone eighteen (18) years old or older (students are not eligible).
4. The probability of winning depends on the number and skills of the eligible survey responses. Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. cannot predict the probability of winning as the company has no prior knowledge of the number of the entrants.
5. DS SolidWorks will send you at no charge a copy of the rules of this satisfaction survey upon request to: DS SolidWorks Corp, 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA 02451. Attn: Director of Subscription Services.
6. The survey is not open to employees of DS SolidWorks Corp., or its subsidiaries, or members of their households, or students, or anyone under the age of 18.
7. The Winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties with respect to prizes. Delivery of the prize is a freight on buyer (FOB) transaction, so all federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges, as well as custom duties on the prize (if any), are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
8. Entrant’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for SolidWorks to publish their name and country of residence in any media, and to use their name, quotes from the customer satisfaction survey, and their likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, consideration, or consent, unless prohibited by law.
