SolidWorks Satisfaction Survey 2009

As a valued customer your opinions and experiences are extremely important to help SolidWorks continue to improve your productivity and efficiencies utilizing the SolidWorks software suite.  As a result, SolidWorks has again commissioned an independent marketing firm to conduct the annual customer satisfaction survey.  Participants who complete the survey may be eligible to win a Dell mobile workstation or one of five free passes to SolidWorks World 2010 in Anaheim CA. We encourage you to take the opportunity to provide feedback and participate in the survey. Official Rules

1. No payment or purchase is required to participate. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON: The Satisfaction Survey will begin at 9:01 a.m. (EDT) on June 11, 2009, and all qualifying entries must be received by 5:59 p.m. (EDT) on July 30th, 2009 (the "Survey Period").


2. The prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a DELL Precision M6400 Mobile Workstation, suggested retail price $3,999. Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.


3. The winners will be selected on or shortly after July 30th, 2009 from all eligible registrants. An eligible registrant is someone eighteen (18) years old or older (students are not eligible).


4. The probability of winning depends on the number and skills of the eligible survey responses. Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. cannot predict the probability of winning as the company has no prior knowledge of the number of the entrants.


5. DS SolidWorks will send you at no charge a copy of the rules of this satisfaction survey upon request to: DS SolidWorks, 300 Baker Avenue, Concord , MA 01742. Attn: Paul Mazur.


6. The survey is not open to employees of SolidWorks Corporation, or its subsidiaries or members of their households, or students, or anyone under the age of 18.

7. The Winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties with respect to prizes.


8. Entrant’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for SolidWorks to publish their name and country of residence in any media, and to use their name and their likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, consideration, or consent, unless prohibited by law.
