Passports & Visas:

It is a requirement of the United States of America (USA) that in order to enter the country under the visa waiver program, all new passports issued after October 6, 2005 must be machine-readable and contain biometrics. If you have a passport that was issued before October 26, 2005 and it is still valid, you do not need to worry about the visa waiver. For more information on the visa waiver program visit www.travel.state.gov.

If you plan to attend SolidWorks World 2013 and require a visa to visit the USA, please plan on booking your visa appointment at your local US Consulate at least three months prior to SolidWorks World to ensure that you receive an appointment.

Invitation Letter for Visas:

If you need an invitation to SolidWorks World 2013 to obtain a visa, please email customer support at solidworksreg@itn-international.com and include the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Passport Number
  • Professional Title
  • Company Name
  • Embassy Information
  • If traveling with a guest, provide the guest's name and their relation to you.
