Purchasing Your CSWP Exam

The CSWP exam is made up of three segments that can be purchased and taken together or individually, giving you the flexibility to work through the certification at your own pace.

How it works:

• Segments can be taken in any order and at any time.
• Once a segment is passed, it does not need to be retaken.
• If a segment is failed, only that segment needs to be repurchased and retaken.
• Once all three segments are successfully completed, your CSWP certification is awarded automatically.

Requirements

SOLIDWORKS 2015 or later is required to take the exam. Any use of a previous version will result in the inability to open some of the testing files.

Exam Length

3 hours 20 minutes (All segments total)

Prerequisite

None.

Note: K–12 students taking this exam through a SOLIDWORKS Academic Certification Provider are required to pass the SOLIDWORKS Design Associate (CSWA) certification prior to attempting the CSWP.
