Imagars is offering an add-in to SolidWorks for high level design decision support. The add-in captures mechanism from Imagars' e-design assessment engine for automatic requirement verification, and improves the fidelity of the designers' design decisions. The add-in interfaces with SolidWorks through a Wizard, in a similar fashion as the Xpress tools (DriveWorksXpress, DFMXpress, SimulationXpress and FloXpress). The automatic requirement verification was developed under a Small Business Innovative Research Phase 2 grant from the National Science Foundation.
