PAS CMM offers an automation solution for QA planning and CMM programming. CAD models and the associated drawing are automatically converted into a structured and editable inspection model. Dimensions are automatically labeled with an ID number, and an inspection report form can be generated in a user-defined format. The CMM program (DMIS) is created automatically from the inspection model and can be executed in the environment of any inspection machine. Inspection reports can be loaded into the PAS-CMM environment, and can be viewed and analyzed selectively against the part and drawing.
