PROFIL is roll form design software for manufacturers of custom roll formed shapes or seamed tubes from sheet metal and designers of roll formers and tube forming machines. With the look and feel of a CAD system, it is easy to use software, Windows compatible, and has a direct SOLIDWORKS interface.

PROFIL offers three software-based quality management options for designing roll tools for roll formed profiles and tubes. They enable the designer to verify his design in order to increase the reliability, giving confidence that the designed rolls will be able to form the profile shape with the desired allowances.
