PwrPk is a SOLIDWORKS Add-in containing many advanced commands designed by engineers, targeted for CNC CAM interoperability. Having trouble exporting only the information required for your wire EDM or CNC Lathe? Attempting to chain lines and arcs amongst splines and multiple overlapping entities? Redrawing sketches in a new part to be able to limit an export to only the information required? PwrPk addresses all these issues with a SOLIDWORKS integrated toolbar containing an IGES or DXF export command exporting marked sketches controlling exactly the geometry required for your CNC programming software. The IGS file supports levels, level colors, and level descriptions for only lines and arcs entities.PwrPk has been developed over a 3-year period specifically for polymeric extrusion tooling consisting of multi-plate tools. These tools contains flow channels cut using pocket programs on a CNC mill or 4-axis wire EDM cuts through each plate. PwrPk's 15 commands focus on incremental productivity improvements aimed at these CNC operations. Additionally, we have found these commands to be useful in CNC lathe data transfer for roll profiles, and transfer of generated sketches to FEA packages.
