The programmer may save a part in different methods (e.g., creating multiple NC files for alternate punch machines with different tool loads) as well as various types of nests on different size blanks. Load Manager offers the ability to drag and drop tooling from crib to turret, and uses color coding to graphically identify the tools that are being used. Die crib information is also available, showing preferred and usable dies. AutoMate Express automatically imports batches of flats created in the user's existing software, and can run unattended as it creates a log of problem parts that can be edited manually.Many of the enhancements are the direct result of requests from our current customers.
