I certify that I am a Qualified Student or a Qualified Instructor. A Qualified Student is an individual currently enrolled in a formal educational institution at the primary, secondary or post-secondary level. A Qualified Instructor is an individual employed by, or formally affiliated with, an accredited educational institution who provides instruction or supervision in a formal educational setting.

I acknowledge and agree that this product is provided solely for educational use. I further acknowledge that certain features render it unsuitable for commercial or research purposes. I expressly agree that I will not use, or attempt to use, this product for any commercial or research application, including but not limited to the development, design, or testing of any product, service, or intellectual property intended for sale, licensing, distribution, or other commercial exploitation.
