DELMIAWorks Training Programs

The DELMIAWorks Education Services team provides valuable training best for your group. Our training curriculum targets all skill levels from introductory to advanced, and is provided in a variety of formats outlined below:

• On-site classes (private)
  • Hosted at your company location, 20-24 hours, 3-5 days: receive training on your site with a Training Specialist for topics with custom agenda items in a dynamic enjoinment
• Virtual classes (public or private)
  • 20 hours – 5 days: provides in depth coverage of system functionality for various topics (public) or custom agendas (private) in a provided dynamic environment.
• Virtual one-on-one or group sessions (public and private)
  • 1-1 sessions (private): during these 2 hour sessions, connect with a DELMIAWorks Training Specialist regarding a variety of topics hosted in your environment or a provided environment. Ask specific questions and receive feedback
  • Group (public): 2-4 hour webinars present training to users in a group setting with a live Q&A available at the end conducted by the Training Specialist that focus on specific module functionality.
• Change Management programs (custom, private)
  • Create training for module adoption and more within your group with Change Management training programs. Ensure a smooth transition for your users with the support of the Education Services team. Email delmiaworks.changemanagement@3ds.com for more information!
• Custom training programs (custom, private)
  • Work with our team to create a custom in-person or virtual course based on your groups training needs.

eLearning for DELMIAWorks – Our eLearning team has curated a dynamic virtual training tool whose catalog includes EnterpriseIQ product training with DELMIAWorks Certifications, in a self-paced environment. Each user license grants unlimited access to our entire catalog and benefits for 1 (one) year including:

• 180+ EnterpriseIQ Training Modules
• 13 DELMIAWorks Certifications by Role/Skill
  • 5 Foundation – Implementation, Manufacturing, System Admin, Quality, Accounting
  • 8 Advanced – MFG I & II, QMS I, Maintenance, System Admin, Finance, Supply Chain I and Production Engineer
• User Support: Our team provides support from start to finish to users including New User Workshops that outline navigation and platform basics to providing certification exam support. We are here to assist users to get access to the content they need when they need it, saving you time and keeping users on track.

• Admin Support: our team can create custom learning tracks to assign to users with due dates, provide tracking reports on user progress and provide a blended learning track that includes your custom content and our product training all in one convenient location!
