3DS CLOSA and ELA agreements by Country

Each of the agreements below is made by and between you (the customer) and the DASSAULT SYSTEMES group legal entity that is identified in the Transaction Document made available to you. The Transaction Document also identifies the agreement name and URL where it can be found. You may view the applicable license agreement by clicking on the CLOSA (for commercial licenses) or ELA (for evaluation and free-of-charge licenses) link across from your country mentioned in the Transaction Document. You also may ask your distributor to resend the Transaction Document. If a Transaction Document is not available for your order, you may find the applicable agreement at https://www.solidworks.com/license-agreement (CLOSA) or at https://www.solidworks.com/support/license-agreement-ela (ELA).
