CAD Admin

One of 2 conditions generally causes this message.

To use the CAD Admin dashboard, you must first enable performance logging for all SolidWorks installations you intend to monitor.

To enable performance logging on a SolidWorks installation:

1. From SolidWorks, select Tools > Options.
2. From the General system options node, select Help make SolidWorks products better by automatically sending your log files to DS SolidWorks Corporation.

Note: Once you enable performance logging, there is a waiting period of up to three days to process the information. You can access the CAD Admin Dashboard after the waiting period.

To use the CAD Admin dashboard, you must be a designated CAD administrator. Contact your support representative to request Security Admin rights in DSx.Client Care.
