Support Eligibility
Customers with active SOLIDWORKS Subscription Service get full support access to VAR technical support resources, Knowledge Base, resources within the SOLIDWORKS support site, and Service Pack updates.

Service Packs
Service Packs include fixes for general bugs, performance and stability improvements.

Hotfixes
Hotfixes address business-critical issues that typically affect a small number of users and are distributed upon request. They are created only for the most recent SP of releases that are within their Hotfix End Date as defined in the Product Support Lifecycle below. They are only considered for the most recent SP of a release.
