DESCRIPTION: Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corporation is seeking an individual to provide Technical Support to resellers and end users of its 3D Mechnical Design products.
- Provide technical support to resellers and customers
- Remotely troubleshoot resellers/customers 3D modeling issues, installation and licensing issues, PC software performance and stability issues using Web applications
- Verify reported software issues and report them to development, and offer workarounds where possible
- Contribute the findings to the SolidWorks Simulation Knowledge Base repository
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural Engineering, or similar discipline
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support SolidWorks clients remotely through phone, email, or internet correspondence
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- 1-2 years of experience using SolidWorks preferred
- Fluency with Portuguese language highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in team environment
- Ability to coordinate and work with various departments within the organization
- Strong people/client skill desired
