SolidWorks Support

Get support for SolidWorks, Simulation, SolidWorks PDM, and 3DVIA Composer products. Research issues and questions using the Knowledge Base, Forums, and submit issues when you need more help.

For questions or issues with these products you may:

1. Search the Knowledge Base for answers*
The KB has a wealth of information included KB Solutions, existing SPRs (bugs), documentation, etc.

2. Ask questions in the SolidWorks Discussion Forums
The forums are a great place to interact with other users and get questions answered.

3. Contact your local Value Added Reseller (VAR)*
If you do not find answer to your questions, contact your VAR and log the issue to get more help.

  in the Customer Portal's My SRs and My SPRs areas.
