The capable-to-promise (CTP) process begins when sales or customer service teams work to provide customers with accurate, achievable delivery commitments. The CTP/ATP functionality within DELMIAWorks manufacturing ERP system provides an all-encompassing analysis of operating hours, manufacturing time, machine availability, labor capacity, tooling readiness, required raw materials, and inventory availability.
